DIN EN 1028 classifies firefighting centrifugal pumps with priming system.
- Guarantee points
DIN EN 1028 defines 3 guarantee points, that the pump has to reach:
- Nominal performance at nominal pressure and a geodetical suction lift of 3 m at a determined nominal speed
- 50 % of the nominal performance at nominal pressure and a geodetical suction lift of 7.5 m
- 50 % of the nominal performance at 1.2-fold nominal pressure and a geodetical suction lift of 3 m
